I was able to gain valuable skills through cross-training from customer account management to market research & analysis, then Six Sigma manufacturing, and program & project management for strategic, complex, long-duration IT projects in the US and MX.
That is not common in this organization. Sycophantic executives and their support team tended to terminate staff that do not align with their values.
Drive an ownership culture and individual responsibility down through the entire enterprise.
