I feel very secure here. I was told that there haven’t been layoffs in our division in decades. The business model is secure and well maintained. Benefits are above average, and people are generally nice and helpful. This is not a very 'corporate' environment, like the one I came from, which enables things to be more relaxed. Job demands are not too high. Overall, a decent place to work.
Communication is limited between corporate and branch offices. It seems that they push programs down our throats without consulting anyone. Salary is average. People here seem to have been in their positions for 10+ years, which leads to limited mobility unless you want to relocate to different states.
