Flexible working hours Work From Home
Inconsistent expectations.
No scope to grow.
No learning curve time given to new employees.
Manager's word is final.
Too much work politics.
They put you on PIP if you show them what's wrong with the management.
Even after I managed to achieve all my goals in PIP, I was not cleared.
Was asked to resign because I wasn't ready to put in extra time to understand domain requirements.
Please be fair when assigning work to new employees.
For domain-specific learning, it is expected that employees put in extra time and effort, which is unacceptable.
New employees will learn about the domain on the job, during working hours, and not in their own personal time.
First Round: Telephonic Round Second Round: DSA, programming, and domain-related topics Third Round: Programming, DSA, and domain-specific knowledge Fourth Round: HR Round
I applied through the LinkedIn portal. I was called by HR, and the invitation for the first round was sent to my personal email ID. The interview was conducted on Microsoft Teams. I had applied for a .Net Full Stack Developer position.
Easygoing and candid process. It consisted of the following: * Initial call with HR * Initial call with the group director * In-depth call with the hiring manager * In-depth call with the group director and HR executive.
