Flexible working hours Work From Home

Cons

Inconsistent expectations.

No scope to grow.

No learning curve time given to new employees.

Manager's word is final.

Too much work politics.

They put you on PIP if you show them what's wrong with the management.

Even after I managed to achieve all my goals in PIP, I was not cleared.

Was asked to resign because I wasn't ready to put in extra time to understand domain requirements.

Advice to Management

Please be fair when assigning work to new employees.

For domain-specific learning, it is expected that employees put in extra time and effort, which is unacceptable.

New employees will learn about the domain on the job, during working hours, and not in their own personal time.
