Pros
  1. Work-life balance
  2. Can take leaves whenever you want.
  3. Supportive team members
  4. Can have good learning if you are a newcomer.
  5. Can settle here if you have come with a good salary package.
Cons
  1. Less salary and no hikes in COVID-19.
  2. They fired one of my team members without their fault.
  3. Less experienced POs and architects who do not know and do not trust the team members.
  4. Upper management is completely unaware of who is actually working and who is buttering.
  5. Less learning for experienced guys. No new technologies are added.
  6. Scrum Masters just enjoy their time without doing anything. Everything is done by team members.
  7. They don't give trainings to the employees, and I have also got feedback from PGM that they are not giving them because people might take training and leave the company. Common... People want to learn and implement, which opportunity is not there.
Advice to Management

Please pay the developers and testers a good salary. They are the people who are actually working in the core. Please remove unnecessary architects who do not actually work in the background and just order their team members, asking why it is not finished. In reality, they don't even do a simple FI/RI if the team member is on leave and others are busy with their own tasks.
