Overall, a good company. Good company for retirement. The company takes care of its employees.
Bad management. Very few projects for IJP. Managers can play with you; there's no role for HR.
The company must take some action against managers if any complaint comes. Managers have been settled for more than 16-18 years and know HR people, so no complaint works.
Managers must have some technical knowledge.
