Good people to work with. The health care plan and 401k benefits are great. I believe the pay is on par with the industry average.
Sometimes you get pulled into a project in crisis and are expected to meet deadlines. Project planning and proper resource allocation can be much better.
Hold management and staff accountable.
Invest in and recognize valuable employees more to boost morale and productivity.
