Nice office (the company tries to avoid open space), a very nice family-like atmosphere. Quite challenging tasks. Very nice work/life balance. Free fruits daily.
Quite outdated technologies, huge unaddressed technical debt, very slow development due to this. However, there are few activities driven from the dev side to address that and improve the situation. Without high management support, it won't help to address this huge debt in an observable time.
Limited possibilities to grow after you've reached a senior position.
Strange version of Scrum. POs don't do their role. They work as proxies between the PM and the team.
Not only pay attention to what developers complain about and then forget, or send up to a higher level, but please take a decision and act.
Firstly, there was a technical interview with the unit manager. After a week, they called and said I had passed. Then, a job offer was made by human resources at a second interview. It was a quick and easy process.
The interview was good. Interview questions were medium, and whenever I was stuck, the interviewer guided me as well. First, general questions about: * Tell me about yourself * JS questions, coding questions Overall, it's a good experience.
3 rounds in total overall: * 2 technical rounds * 1 HR round * 1 MR round A very to-the-point process.
