Pros
  • Family life balance.
  • You will get a chance to learn something new, but no one will help you.
  • You will get training. Note: Unnecessary training, not for use in your career.
Cons

To follow the bell curve, your manager will unnecessarily give zero percent hikes, especially to those employees who are good and silent in nature.

Upper management doesn't have knowledge of new technology, but they know very well how to use politics to keep their positions in a secure zone.

Only some people will get good opportunities, even if they do not have project knowledge.

Advice to Management

Do not underestimate junior employees; one complaint can spoil your career.

Some managers are in top positions even though they do not have knowledge of anything. I challenge they will not get any job if they resign and try to search in another company because they don't know about the latest technology. They only know politics.
