First is a phone interview with HR. Then they invite you for an on-site interview. It was a relaxed environment. Two interviews that day. One is a technical interview and the second one is a behavioral interview.

Only one interview round was conducted. Four people were present: the hiring manager, HR, and two technical leads. After the interview, I was informed of the decision within a week, and then all formalities were completed.
