Not integrated into the Siemens T&C team, as a TPW (Third Party Worker - Contractor), you are excluded from all team meetings, gatherings, and social/professional events.
Integrate TPWs into the team. Involve them in meetings and team events. Do not exclude these workers, as they are working alongside permanent staff as part of the team.
