Pros in working with this company are:
- Work-life balance.
- Food is very cheap in the cafeteria. For Rs. 25, you'll get lunch that is good in taste. For non-veg people, the price is also Rs. 25, and you'll get chicken biryani or whatever is on the menu.
- Full support from anyone in Siemens if you get stuck somewhere and they know about it.
- Too many fun-loving activities in which you can take part, and everybody encourages you to get involved.
- Management is a bit slow.
- Too much paperwork compared to IT companies, as everything is digitized now (only on induction day).
