Flexible working hours and WFH due to the pandemic.
Switching priorities multiple times a day.
Misalignment between the management team causes different expectations and a lack of a clear end goal.
The management team does not have proper software development knowledge and reassigns tasks midway for developers without prior discussion.
When the client questions development progress, the management team starts to panic and micromanages developers, which creates much more delays due to diversion from main tasks.
The project management team should listen to and understand its software developers.
They should have proper discussions with developers and plan ahead.
