- Good work-life balance.
- Good feedback and rating system.
- WFH infrastructure is good.
Compulsory shutdown in December (last week) gets deducted from your leaves.
The leaves system is bad. You earn 2 leaves every month.
The IT system is not great. Information is not available on how to go about things. There are too many processes and permissions required. It is not smooth and very poorly managed.
The overall crowd, especially at the senior level, is not that sharp. The focus has been on product knowledge rather than overall technical knowledge and growth.
- Improve the technical and soft skills of your employees, especially at the managerial level.
- Sensitize the workplace on how to treat women well.
