Siemens is no longer the brand it used to be.
With the firing of many employees in 2019 and continuing the same in 2020, it is totally going downwards.
Hikes have been reduced in the recent year, and they have also removed the bonus.
Technologies are old. Mostly you will get to work on legacy Windows applications which are built on Siemens' own framework. So you cannot learn much from that.
Stop firing people and start listening to employee issues.
Also, the new Indian CEO is not able to drive the company towards a better future.
