Excellent culture and work-life balance. Can be stagnating
- Work-life balance.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Very good team atmosphere. No micromanagement whatsoever.
- Good benefits: health insurance, bonus.
- Salary for intern/junior is fantastic. For Mid/Senior is reasonable.
- We use outdated technologies, with not so much space for innovation.
- Working for German customers, most workers do not travel. It's easy to feel disconnected from the work and project. It feels like a consultant company.
Invest in trips to visit the clients and project. This will make us feel more part of the company and not like consultants far away from everything.
