Work and life balance is great.
No cons I have seen in the last 4 years.
Round 1: Programming knowledge and aptitude test on C programming language. Round 2: Verbal, Quantitative Aptitude, along with Logical Reasoning. Round 3: Technical Interview, mainly targeting knowledge of OOP and projects completed. Round 4: HR I
One written round contained a few analytical and a few programming questions, followed by an interview. The 1-on-1 interview will be easy; they mostly check if you understand programming concepts. Be properly prepared for data structures also.
First, the company had a 30-minute presentation. The presenter was a very experienced lady, and the presentation was interesting overall. There were a total of four rounds: * Two online tests based on technical aptitude. * Two interview rounds
