The flexibility of time is amazing.
Salary and compensation are not great.
4 Rounds: 1. Written test: Aptitude & C++/C questions. 2. Technical rounds on basics and in-depth concepts. As I had 1 year of experience then, they did not expect too much. 3. Managerial round: Logic and technical questions. 4. HR round.
The interview has two phases. The first is more general: What I worked on in my previous company, why I decided to work here, and salary expectations. The second phase is more technical questions.
It was good but difficult. I had a live code session during the interview. I was not notified about it beforehand, so it was a surprise. I am hoping to try again someday.
