Since it is not a core software company, some processes are not optimized for the software development life cycle. Therefore, it might sometimes be hard for a software developer to work in such an environment. Also, during the pandemic, they wanted us (Siemens Turkey, R&D team) to work from the office twice a week, and it is annoying. Because I know of colleagues who tested positive for Covid-19, but the decision did not change. I hope it will change later on.
