Good benefits. Respectful working environment. Good teammates.
New technologies are never considered. No job satisfaction. Germans do not trust developers from other countries. Product owners and project managers in Germany don’t see us Turkish software developers as peers. It takes a year to decide how to proceed with a project. Every process is awfully slow.
