There is an unlimited amount of growth and potential with this company.
Good perks and decent pay.
Since the company is so big, it's a bit overwhelming. There wasn't a solid training or 'onboarding' process to transition you into the company.
I had an appointment for the job interview, which I attended. I was then led into a room where two people greeted me kindly. The following day, I was asked questions regarding my CV, and afterwards, questions about the company.
The overall process was very good. They are very kind people. There were three rounds: 1. Online Aptitude + Technical + Coding (2 coding questions) 2. Technical Interview 3. HR Interview Both the technical and HR interviewers were good.
There were two technical rounds. The interview was easy. They asked four coding questions in each round. The coding questions were normal, covering core Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
