Pros

You will be provided a constant stream of work.

A large company like Siemens has a proven history of success and attracts very intelligent people.

Opportunities for recent graduates is another reason Siemens is a great place to work.

Cons

A steady flow of work sometimes means long hours and getting done what needs to be done by the end of the day, week, or month. You may feel the pressure at times to get the work done, but this will make you a better person and a stronger overall employee, here or in future companies you may want to work for.

Advice to Management

Management's main expectation is to complete a project within the amounts of money sales has bid the job with. Meeting this is of utmost importance (as it should be).

With that said, you are not constantly watched over your shoulder. You should feel comfortable to kick off jobs and prepare submittals to the best of your ability.

You will spend lots of time working on projects alone.
