Less compensation, as providing flexibility
Good
It was good and very informative. They have a really good career plan. The interviewers were very helpful and supportive. The first round lasted about 50 minutes and the second round at Siemens about 60 minutes.
The first 10 minutes were spent discussing the position. Subsequently, I introduced myself, and then a few job-specific technical questions were asked. Prior to this interview, there was an on-demand video interview where I had to answer 5 questions
A very long (2 hours) and extremely professional interview, deep and detailed. It covers: * 3GPP Radio Access Network specifications details * Mobile RRC/MAC protocol layer specifications * Signalling on control plane and user plane * Radio
