Great team, and generally a helpful atmosphere. People are always willing to help and explain aspects of how the systems work when you ask, or point you towards the people who would know.
We are generally working with complicated systems and outdated methodology. We have to rely on our coworkers and the developers a lot to figure out what's going on and what we need to do.
