I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks.
I had a call with an external recruiter that led to an online 1-hour tech assessment. It was practical coding. I did it in TypeScript. This led to an onsite which involved doing a take-home assignment before, discussing and extending it during the onsite, a hiring manager discussion, and a debugging session. Overall, I would say it was not super difficult, but I think a strong product experience shines, along with having good justification and design decisions during the take-home extension.
What is a technical project you worked on, what went well, and what didn't?
