After an intro with a recruiter, I was assigned homework about a planning and control problem. I spent a day to complete it as per the requirements and received a declined email like, "You didn't make a process as we expected." They don't even spend time to tell you the reason and what they want. It's not respectful to interviewers. I want to say that the expectation was quite unclear before giving me the assignment. Don't waste your time on such a "high-quality" interview anymore.
