I didn't even get to the interview stage. I had a warm introduction to a recruiter.
After some initial back-and-forth emailing, the recruiter went off the radar for over two weeks. By this time, I already had one offer and was expecting a second one soon. I let the recruiter know I was still interested in Slack.
Another week and a half went by before I received a response, asking if I had accepted an offer or was still looking. I had already accepted an offer at that point.
Honestly, if this is how their team deals with warm introductions, I can't even imagine how they treat candidates who come in through their normal pipeline. Looking at some of the other interview reviews on here, it's very clear that this is a recurring problem, not a one-off one. Even if I hadn't accepted an offer, I wouldn't have pursued Slack any further.
