The whole interview, from start to finish, was delightful!
The whole process took a month from referral to offer letter. It consisted of a phone screen, a take-home coding project, and an on-site interview.
I learned a lot about the company at each step of the process. More specifically, I got a deep look into engineering culture through the technical portions and company culture through asking many questions. My recruiter and the interviewers were very kind and easy to talk to!
I thought the take-home project was straightforward and offered many areas to showcase your thought process and strengths. I actually spent more time than was suggested to polish my submission and make it as reflective of my abilities as possible. The on-site interview was very engaging. I loved all the conversations I had with the interviewers and thought it was very conversational versus one-directional Q&A.
My only feedback is that the interview process took a little longer than expected. There were times when I was anxious to hear back about the next step (both after the project and on-site). I know that convening and giving feedback takes time, so it's understandable :)
