Process
Submitted resume and received a response 3-4 days later.
- Week 1: Recruiter call
- Week 2: Hiring Manager video call
- Week 3: Take-home exercise
- Week 4 & 5: Onsite interview process, broken down into two days
- Week 6 & 7: Headcount was cancelled for the team I interviewed with, so went through a few rounds of team matching calls
- Week 7: Offer!
Things took a little longer than expected, but the process felt very smooth thanks to the recruiter in charge. They were very responsive and ensured that, despite hiccups here and there (e.g., technical difficulties), I was always kept up to speed with the process.
