Process
An interview was set up with a hiring manager after they contacted me on LinkedIn. The interview was decent, with questions about my resume and work experience, and a system design question. They don’t seem serious about hiring.
They ghosted me after the interview. There was no communication, not even a standard rejection email. For a company that looks for empathy, I found the disregard for a candidate’s time both unprofessional and lacking in empathy.
