Extremely disorganized interview. The manager came in for the introductory interview meeting totally unprepared. He conducted the interview forgetting my resume, so he had no clue who he was talking to. He asked me questions and started cutting me off when I was deep into answering them, always looking at the time and moving to the next question without even letting me finish. From his facial expression, he didn't seem to understand any of the technical terms I was using, which are common in cloud technology. He seemed like a very incompetent person who came without even meeting me with the desire of not moving forward. When there were only five minutes left, he started reading a technical question from his computer, and the way he was reading, he had no idea what it meant. I only had five minutes to answer when I had a lot of things to say, as it was an open-ended question. Then he abruptly ended the meeting, saying time was up. Management should look at the interview board members they are selecting for interviewing candidates, and it seems they do not have the intention to hire a seasoned and good candidate. This clearly felt like an inclusion issue situation here.
Nothing technical, just about projects I worked on.
