The first interview in a series went well, and I felt I had a great rapport with the interviewer. The job sounded interesting.
Next was a coding challenge. I didn't finish the second part, which involved some insane task of counting a pattern within an alphanumeric string.
That was the end of the process because of the coding test. Companies that use that as a metric to drop someone from the interview process are just doing it wrong.
Anyways, I'm happy where I landed, but I do love Slack as a product.
