Fantastic team and great culture!
There is not much in the way of career progression.
I received a referral from a friend at Slack. It took them almost a month to get the process started. The first step was a call with a recruiter. They asked about my experience and why I wanted to work with Slack. The recruiter repeatedly asked why
The interview process included: * A coding challenge with a 12-hour completion time, consisting mostly of puzzles. * A 30-minute phone screen. * A 45-minute final round interview with a senior developer via Zoom.
Phone screening first. Then homework to show skill and knowledge - nothing tricky, just what I did in my previous job. The onsite interview was very well prepared and focused. Everyone was super friendly.
