Process
I regret interviewing with Slalom and feel quite embarrassed for letting them swindle me around and waste my time for over a month. Seven interviews total plus a take-home assignment. They gave me vague and not very usable feedback. The hiring manager showed up late to the interview and barely knew my background; they seemed rushed and disorganized. They also took their time getting back to me with the hiring decision, which just made the process that much more agonizing.
