I went through two rounds of interviews, only to be ghosted at the final, third stage.

First was an HR screen to go over my resume and to see if there was a fit between my experience and the job.

The second interview was with a senior data engineer that asked questions about database structures, simple queries, and some Python coding.

After the second interview, the HR rep contacted me to share the good news. I was to be put into the final stage with the hiring manager to complete the process. I was told that an email would arrive to book a meeting for the next step, but it never arrived. I sent an email three business days later to ask for a follow-up, but never heard back.
