Pros: Slalom is a good company to grow in, and as an introduction to the consulting world they were very supportive and community involved.

Cons: Consulting is mostly about social. You need to win trust from principals, managers, seniors, etc., to be considered in future roles. As an average introvert engineer, you will have to push yourself to be more active on getting to know and build bonds with other areas of the company.
