Process

A multi-stage process.

Initially, I was approached over LinkedIn and presented with the job.

Phone interview with a surprisingly knowledgeable and friendly internal recruiting representative.
Phone interview with a more technical person.
In-person meeting with the HR rep.
In-person technical interview with white-boarding.

At this point, I was forced to end the process due to accepting another offer.

Questions

During white-boarding, they sought optimization techniques for database design or site implementation. Mostly looking for the ability to adapt and think on your feet.
