The interview process was fairly simple. I had my first phone interview with one of the team members, and it was followed by a few more rounds of interviews. They gave me a few use cases to solve, which Slalom actually builds solutions for. Slalom was supportive throughout the whole process, and they were very understanding of my work visa situation in the US.
