The first interview was more of a 'getting to know you' type, whereas the next three were more technical. Two were a deep dive into the stack and processes I've worked with, going through scenarios.
The offer process was straightforward with a good offer at the end of it.
It could have been quicker, but I've recommended a couple of people so far.
