My interview process was very engaging, interactive, and productive. The general interview session was very informative. It covered consulting in general (the business, hot industries, technologies, career path, and opportunities).
In my on-site interview, I was given a three-hour technical case study. It required understanding the business case, analyzing data, building architecture and software solutions, and a presentation towards the end. That was a fun activity to demonstrate the interviewer's skill sets in problem-solving.
The talent acquisition team was friendly and effective. The whole interview process was well communicated and efficient.
Most attractive factors for me to join the company are the people and the company's culture. The company provides a career path and platform for consultants to grow.
