The phone screen was fine and a standard interview with a Codepad problem. The on-site interview, however, was awkward. You had to solve non-standard coding problems in less than 30 minutes and make all unit tests pass. The interviewers were not helpful.

Cons: Management is unstable, which reflects on the company as a whole. Every week, we would get an email about senior position changes and reorganizations.
