Pros: I think their company culture is one of the most unique. It also has a very young demographic and very chill people.
Benefits are amazing. The cafe provides free meals every day in the office for the headquarters and catered food in other locations. The drinks made by the baristas are amazing.
Cons: Certain teams are less diverse.
