Cons: Everything went bad once we went public.
Management is out for themselves: nepotism, backbiting, scapegoating, irresponsibility – all part of the culture. Toxic.
Don't recommend coming here at all.
Management SUCKS and will NOT fight for the direct reports. Every man for themselves. Period.

Pros: Working here has a lot of benefits only an American corporate would give, with the combination of being in the startup nation.
Cons: Workflows can be disorganized at times, and working with several teams remotely or in different timezones can be slow.
