You should know a lot before applying.
In the first round, expect questions on BFS and DFS (modified island problem), along with a few questions about data structures like tries, queues, stacks, and etc.
The second round included questions on cumulative sum, binary search, and a modified binary tree.
System design questions were about designing a certain feature. Basic system design knowledge should be enough.

Nice community, brutal management

Pros: Fellow employees are nice. It's an international company, so it's always cool to meet and visit people from other countries.
Benefits are cool, like catering and other perks.
You kind of get to see what it's like to work in a big company.
Cons: The company is not doing that well, so any "new projects" are doomed to be suddenly dropped in favor of the core business.
You have to accept that management tries to portray a good image of themselves with nice words, but they will lay entire offices off without even blinking.
Any stock-based compensation is essentially useless as the stock price is low, and stocks vest after at least 2 years, so you are "rewarded" but then you lose them if and when you are laid off.
