This is a review for the Berlin office of Snap. It was formerly known as Fit Analytics, as the company was acquired by Snap in 2021.
Since the acquisition by Snap, it has been a downhill ride. All the key decisions have been taken by the US executives; managers in Berlin are puppets. Since the poor business metrics and the following layoffs, people are leaving the sinking ship left and right.
I don't think any advice would apply to the managers in Berlin, as they are not in a position to take any major decisions anymore. (What are they doing anyway?)
The office in Berlin is meant to support the operations of the core product, Fit Finder, for as long as the product is not integrated completely into the Snap environment. Once that happens, for the US overlords, it will not be worth keeping the local operations running.
The interview was easy and quick. Technical staff questions: * What is your greatest strength? * What is your greatest weakness? * What makes you unique? * What was your most successful/most challenging data analysis project? * What's the largest da

The interviewer spent 40 minutes discussing my resume and the work I did in my current job and my last one. Ideally, you would expect questions on Data Modeling and an SQL-intensive interview, with easy programming interview questions thrown in.
