Good benefits, food in cafeteria.

Cons

Stock price dropped like 90% in my time here. I wrote off like a hundred thousand worth of losses.

Management is super political and hires their friends. Promotion by committee where a bunch of managers that have no idea what you worked on evaluate you. Performance evaluation ensures that 75% of the company gets "meets expectations," which means no bonus.

The entire process is dependent on manager input. No other input matters. Managers just promote their favorites with no recourse for employees.

Most of the employees here don't even use the app. They have no idea how to use the features they are building.

Advice to Management

Fix performance evaluation. If not hiring a new CEO, hire someone to act as CEO in another position.
