Some good engineers, but managers are bad across the board
Good compensation and benefits.
Some really genuine engineers.
TC and other benefits are better than the industry.
A lot of things are still not built even after 9 years, so you can come in and build those yourself.
Lots of micromanagers playing politics.
I particularly noticed this in the Seattle office, which has now become a cesspool of a-holes who are actively trying to undermine anyone who is not from Amazon.
They bring the same aggressive tactics and micromanagement that you hear about at Amazon.
They have monopolized the culture in the Seattle office.
Get rid of people who bring in outside culture to the company.
