Chasing Growth, Broken Code
The paycheck, but it doesn't last. Every earnings, it drops significantly with no path to recovery. The money on paper is good, but you need to do your own due diligence.
The company has zero direction, seems to have over-promised to investors in the past, and is forever chasing growth that will never exist. The codebase is poorly managed, and patches are everywhere.
Constant direction changes are exhausting, and many people cope with "it's like that everywhere." I am from Meta monetization and have never seen this level of nonsense anywhere.
What a bad place to work.
