Company core values are not shared and influenced throughout the company. There's so much pettiness and competitive behavior within teammates. Management is disrespectful, and there's zero motivation. Difficult work-life balance.
You're not a respected human, just a worker.
Do as you say. Be smart, kind, and creative. At least wear a facade.
