  1. Working at the beach

  1. Work is not very interesting or challenging.
  2. Employees are required to work on very menial tasks, irrespective of their interests.
  3. The user growth for the product is stalling. There is literally no active user growth in the last 5-6 months.
  4. Senior management lacks vision, capability, and good team-building skills.
Advice to Management

Be fair, be nicer, and be reasonable.
