Good pay for new grads, but don't believe in the stocks. Basically, they're trash, and the vesting process is very tricky. There is no guarantee that you can vest them all. There's a high chance you'll be forced to leave the company within four years.
- Immature management level.
- No transparency.
- The engineering team is a "second-class" citizen in this company.
- The culture is "accept it or you shut up and leave."
